just in case you didn’t know i used stacey24b as it’s my wifes name

it’s matt from the restorers on XJ494 working with DT i’ll try and get throught to you in the new year i was obviously waiting for the hanger move to be complete

There’s a few things other than air start drawings, as DT is pushing for a engine fit sometime early next year

I will get round to asking PK but i was waiting for the dust to settle on their hanger move and i believe he’s been in hospital recently as well so didn’t want to bug him

I was just hoping there might be some other sources out there that might have the gen ‘lying around’ as my brother has one unit already in pieces, he does tend to fly in all spanners blazing

he’s also after tech stuff on the hyd pumps and main generators. the main gearbox is sorted as DT found the servicing manual for it !!!

Anyone out there have a servicing details parts manual or any tech gen on air start units that fit on 200 series avon’s so we can strip and inspect before going for a ground run on vixen xj494
