“Triple fatality at Farnborough
While an Avro and a S.E.5 were flying at Farnborough on July 14 they collided, and Lieut. A. Herbert and Mechanic C. Hieley, of the former machine, and Lieut. H. A. P. Bizion were killed. At the inquiry held by the Coroner, the evidence threw no light on the cause of the accident. It was stated that the authorities had held an inquiry and were satisfied that the disaster was entirely accidental. The Coroner recorded a verdict of ‘Accidental Death.'”

Herbert appears in the Deaths column of the Aug 1919 AFL as Lt L A Herbert, but I could find neither he nor Hieley in the CWGC register.

Lieutenant HENRY ARTHUR RICHARD BIZIOU RAF killed 14/07/1919 aged 22 Buried at ALDERSHOT MILITARY CEMETERY

One of the mechanics COULD be either:

Flight Sergeant WALLACE CORSON HAINING RAF killed 14/07/1919 aged 29 buried GREENWICH CEMETERY

or

Private 1st Class W BERESFORD RAF killed 14/07/1919 buried NEWCASTLE-UPON-TYNE (BYKER AND HEATON) CEMETERY

I cnnot track down the other Lt killed
