I’ve been watching the pictures of Mary Alice being dismantled both here and on WIX which has been fascinating, especially since I’m 230 miles away and don’t have to opportunity to visit regularly to see progress.
I’m sure someone here is in the know; is the restoration work that will be done just going to be treating the minor corrosion prior to respray, or is this going to be a long term strip down and rebuild?
A second question that just occured to me; is Mary Alice the only airframe in there to be suffering with corrosion, or will others need the same treatment?
