Great news, the US Coast Guard has re-introduced the Liberator into service on coastal patrols in Florida!
Well anyway, that’s according to Tommy Walsh on Ground Force last night, as he watched a B-17 fly overhead!

The BBC are always appalling for this sort of thing. ITV are usually pretty good, but the only TV company who have a real anorak working for them is Channel 4. If you want to know whats going on, watch the C4 news. It’s usually bang on.
BBC wouldn’t know a Liberator from a Lancaster (or a Shackelton for that matter!!)
