And my neighbours thought that I was mad!! Delivering Merlin engines and assorted aviation material to my house paled into insignificance this afternoon when my neighbour, Tony Nijhuis, wheeled out his new B-50. At 19ft wingspan and with four x 3kw electric motors this will be the largest flying electric scale model in the world when it takes to the skies. Next off the bench is a 23ft wingspan Connie.
I’m not a modeller, but this is truly impressive by any standards.
Maybe this should be in R&C and Models?

Moved over to Rc Models. Had my hopes built in the original title as I thought the B50 had finally had its wings installed.
