B2 Question

I have often read that the B2 requires special facilities to operate from, hence the single base in Kansas. On long range missions, the B2 must endure endless inflight refuleings and/or a hot refueling on the ground.

What exactly is it about the B2 that makes it so difficult to turn around at any random air base?
