Flight KL734, a Boeing 747-400 en route from Aruba to Amsterdam, was forced to make an emergency landing
at Cork yesterday morning after a fire warning came on in the cockpit indicating a fire in the cargo compartment.
The aircraft landed in Cork around 1000 ; no fire was found.
Ithink the “yesterday” was a couple of days previous. Must have been good for cork to see a surprise appearance from her!
