Hiya,
I’m wondering if people can answer a curiosity I have: Where do British Airways’ aircraft get maintained. I know Cardiff is for major 747 work but what about the rest. I think I heard Glasgow for the 737 fleet (?).
Many Thanks,
Phil

There was a indepth look at BAMC and their Croesyceiliog (or Cwmbran) Aircraft Seat Refurb/Assembly facilities i think in late 2005 Airliner Word? Unsure if anyone still has any copies from that era?
And wasn’t there a BAMG article also in the last year or so ?

Heathrow East is a pretty big BA site – what happens there? Ive seen 747s, 767s and 757s all in hangars undergoing some sort of maintenance at one time or another.

Does BAMG handle 757’s ?
No, But they are able to cope with 757 casualties, thats why they have the extentde roof in the middle of the Hanagar I think that they are maintained at LHR
