BA Have confirmed that its chairman lord marshall of knightsbridge will retire at the companys next annual general meeting on july 20 2004 after 20 years at the helm.
Lord marshall joined in feb 1983 as cheif executive and has overseen significate changes in the airlines managment and operations during this period.
