BA to outsource all-business A318s to new subsidiary

As per Flightglobal:
http://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/ba-to-operate-premium-a318s-under-new-subsidiary-372970/

A newly established subsidiary of British Airways plc, called British Airways Limited, started operations on 11th June, operating under its own AOC the two BA’s Airbus A318 configured all-business (32 seats) on the usual LCY-SNN-JFK and back JFK-LCY.

Flightglobal adds that this decision appears linked to additional financing to BA.

I have a guess 😉 Could it be that the mysterious “Odyssey” named by Reuters in December 2011:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/12/19/uk-airlines-odyssey-idUSLNE7BI03X20111219
is actually only a code-name for this BA project?
So that with the new BA ltd with the CS100 in all-business will add new services from LCY?
🙂
