That’s correct it was infact Easyjet and not BMIBaby that stopped EMA-GLA. 100% sure on that one. 🙂

Dont think BMIbay have pulled GLA-EMA. Easyjet have though.

I feel that would be a good thing that could give this route a lease of life. People can’t go on a daytrip at the moment and that would enable them to like Jet2 have at LBA, with an early departure and late arrival. I think Ryanair should start 2x Daily flights from MME for the same reason, and the fact I think the PAX loads on this service are pretty strong.
Unfortunately just checked BMi Baby.com and this is not the case just one flight a day 🙁

I agree LBA though strangely I think 2 Belfast flights are operating on a Saturday; WW5716 and WW5718. Certainly this is correct according to the arrivals board, but I only thought one flight a day was operating.
Got a feeling Ceefax may have been wrong…

I heard one flight had 26 PAX on it! When I was at BFS I made around 50 people on the MME Baby flight. Not great at all, but maybe they could pull that and concentrate on the holiday routes. I think they could work at MME despite the close proximity of Jet2,Easyjet and soon ThomsonFly.

You’re right LBA, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the BFS route taken off; surely it can’t survive with those poor load factors. 🙁

They’ve just pulled the GLA-EMA route despite saying they wouldn’t let Easyjet rule the roost at GLA. Also now operating their Prestwick Cardiff service through Air Wales and their ATR’s.

More good news for MME! Really hope the routes work, but some of the load factord (Especially Belfast) Seem to be struggling. I think they’ll do a good trade on the likes of AGP and ALC though. The summer schedule has started a bit late hasn’t it? Jet2 started their summer schedule before Easter!
