Someone I know has a friend who is a marketing director of Jet2 and he said Jet2 were seriously condidering announcing CWL as a new base in September because research showed there was still a big market to be had. Like you said baby are concentrating on MAN & BHX so CWL probably won’t get any new routes from them for a while so that still leaves:Knock, Bordeux, Nice, Barcelona, Murcia, Ibiza, Faro, Venice all of which are served by one of the two and theres still a huge demand for Lyon, Munich, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf & Milan.

CWL wont be able to support 2loco’s and it looks like Jet2’s 2nd base will be Belfast.

Jet2 should be coming into CWL soon anyway.im fed up of baby cutting routes.

Most expansion seems to be focused on BHX and MAN at the moment so I doubt it!!

They are planning to base more aircraft for the summer so 20 destinations is still on for the summer!!
