'Band of Brothers' Help!

You may all be familiar with the book or TV series ‘Band of Brothers’.

I am asking for your help,60 years ago Major Winters was recommended for the Congressional Medal of Honour,(The Americian VC), which due to an arbitary order issued by the Commanding General that only 1 would be issued to the 101st Airborne,and that before D-Day, the Major only received a DSC.

His surviving men from Easy Company began a campaign 2 years ago to have the Medal upgraded to the CMOH, and put right a 60 year old Injustice.

The Upgrade has already been passed by 3 Army review boards and approved, it is now sitting on the desk of the Secretary of the Army, and just needs one last push.

The Major is now 87 years old and suffering from Parkinson’s .
