Hello,
Not Plastic Spitfires this time, but something a little different.
A friend of mine has been sorting through some ‘rubbish’ in an old Barn on their property and has come across this prop blade which was wrapped up in cloth. Can anyone tell us what it is? We think it may be from a Hurricane.
Best wishes,
Martin

Well done to your friend on the barn find.
Provenance is everything, I think Trolly Aux deserves a beer or two for identifying them!

Have found out that he has four blades and the intention is to sell them. Have seen some go for up to £1200 a blade……

Thanks gentleman for such quick replies. I knew this was the place to ask.
Why try and find out where the blade is now and the intentions of the owner.
Best wishes,
Martin

I know two things.
1 It can’t be Hurricane as the direction of rotation is incorrect.
2 Someone will be along shortly with a more positive I.D. 😀
