So British Airways’ latest ad encouraging us to fly somewhere runs to the John Denver song ‘Leaving on a Jet Plane’…
…a song which is actually about someone who clearly doesn’t want to go anywhere on a jet plane, contains the lyrics ‘Babe, I hate to go’, and originally written and sung by a chap who was killed in an air crash.
Am I missing something? :rolleyes:

That sound very strange yes its good their advertising for us to fly with them, but on the other hand it sounds like they dont exactly know what there doing yeah the songs good but the meaning isnt is it
