Well it is that time of the year LOL
I have decided to lose some weight to help with BP and creaky knees.
I retired 12 months ago and my weight has been creeping up because of the lack of enforced exercise !
I am just slowly reducing the ‘extras’ and have even cut out milk from coffee (mostly),black coffee is ok but still take milk with the occasional cup o tea.
Cutting right back on alcohol (although am not a heavy drinker – it will reduce sugar intake)
Started after chrimble at 14st 12lb (94.3kg)
Weighing weekly am now 14st 9.5lb (93.2)
I am not looking to lose weight quickly – slow and steady is ok and see how it goes.
Hard work LOL – I love food : )
