Battle Scars – Aircraft that were able to limp home or just lived to tell their tales

I figure we’ve got alot of old war stories around here numerous enough to start a thread solely on:

1. Planes that were damaged

AND

2. Planes that made it back home

This is not a thread about simple wreckages. This is about superior types that survived, not the ones that died. Whether its an A-10 over Iraq – or an Su-25 over Afghanistan, etc. – lets hear the stories and see the carnage they survived!
