A wee while back, I managed to acquire this film on DVD.
It’s a Yugoslavian production about a Partisan squadron created by using a couple of out-dated biplanes to harass the Germans during WW2.
The film itself features some pretty decent scenes showing a Stearman (sometimes two) bombing and strafing German ground troops, as well as some aerial combat scenes involving the Stearman and some Yugoslavian types representing Focke-Wulfs and Messerschmitts (I think these are played by Soko Kraguj aircraft – certainly very similar, anyway). There’s also some kind of observation type presumably playing a Storch in a couple of scenes.
Anyone else seen this one?
