Looking to see if a 1994 50th anniversary television news documentary on the 50th anniversary of The Great Escape ..titled “GOING UNDERGROUND” has ever been released on DVD ? I know I asked this many years ago here on the forum …just hoped with many old titles coming out on dvd this might be one of them. Have looked on many usual sites…but so far no luck . Much thanks !

There was a BBC2 Documentary in the series “Going Underground” broadcast on the 50th Anniversary of the Escape, 29th March 1994. This revisited the site and the local station with some of the survivors, retracing their steps

Can’t answer that, but a few years ago there was another documentary which I think was titled ‘Tunnellers’, which featured many of the (then) surviving Great Escapers.
