Hi
Does anybody known about this event.Its showing the BBMF showing up with two Spitfires two Hurricanes and the Lancaster.
The BBMF site does not show this event on its web site.

Interesting, any more information on the Auster Club fly past? I’m a member of the club and haven’t seen anything in the magazine/events calendar on the website/discussion group etc, and there’s no co-inciding with other Auster Club events
May go along, didn’t realise there was an event on and it’s fairly local

NO BBMF at Snibston on Sunday
Just to let you know that there is no BBMF this Sunday 17th May at Snibston Discovery Museum Transport Festival ( 10am-5pm)
BUT
There is an Auster Club Formation Fly Past at approx. 2.30pm over Snibston Discovery Museum (WEATHER PERMITTING)

I don’t think the BBMK usually display 2 SPitfires, 2 Hurricances and the Lanc together, other than very special events like the LLA day etc.
One of each are slotted for Horham and Bungay, so could they fly home past Snibston? (as a typical Londoner, these places could be on Mars for all I know!!)
FYI, a chap on A.N. Other website created a very handy page http://www.quacky.co.uk/tmp/007/displaynotams.htmlthat extracts the NOTAMS for airshows and is very handy for when the (otherwise useful) BBMF Excel file does not have the times of the displays. I hope to spot the Spitfire over Rickmansworth on Saturday and the Lanc over Hendon Sunday (if it is in the country).

Sunday some of the BBMF are at Duxford i hope the Lanc is back for it.

is it doesn’t show on the Excel file, then it’s not going to happen… And FYI, the lanc is still at Schiphol if i’m correct…
