It appears only 12 out of 26 rotations were operated by the scheduled A320 on the Dublin route with the remainder operated by A319s (DBCC/DBCF/DBCJ), a leased-in B757 (ZAPX), and perhaps most surprisingly an A330 (WWBB)! Anybody know the reason for these abnormal substitutions?

On a different note BA and BD are bing shuffed out of C at oeaks times they are now B regulars and I even saw a BA on A last week!!.
Even the US723 has departed from A10 over the last week.

Shamrock, MIDL is still being operated albeit on a variety of routes. It appears it hasn’t got a fixed schedule and operates as a sort of “back-up”. A Dublin regular in it’s prime days, however how often we’ll see it in the future is another matter. I’m sure it was a strange sight to see the A330 parked up. I’m assuming it was remotely parked or are the usual 42/44 gates capable of handling it?

Do they still have G-MIDL because on the arrivals board in work about 3-4 days ago there was a flight operated by it coming in!! Perhaps an error.
I saw the A330 departing DUB I think it was due to another A320 going tech not ure about the 757.

Well i beieve that two a320s were damaged in a sandstorm in turkey somewhere. I think they are both back in service now though, but can’t be sure.
