AL LAST, we have new colours on BD. Go to http://www.justplanes.com and you´ll see a photo of the new livery. As far as I am concerned, I don´t like them the new BMI (I suppose International) it´s too blue, and Union Jack included, in case someone from the media make fuss about it.

RE: BD new colours
Don`t like the new colours.
I think the old colour-sceme was much more stylish.
It looked like a luxury jet , now it looks like a toy!!!!
Bad choice made by british midland!!!!

RE: BD new colours
maybe… it was just a gut reaction of mine.
But I feel it looks kind of… I dunno. Using curved lines, it reminds me of BWIA, I’d much rather have straight, crisp lines.
However, I’m not a big fan of these all white fuselages, either… I’m just trying to think of a european flag carrier that isn’t white with trim… KLM’s all I can think of. Shame!

I have noticed too that many airlines lot of white. It is not very ‘personal’ choice (all white fuselage and name painted in black).
I think the Bmi plane looked quite good.

RE: BD new colours
Sorry people, but I disagree. I thought it looked quite good, better than their old colours. I prefer it to the sterile white fueselage colours many airlines seem to go for these days. It gets my vote.

RE: BD new colours
NO NO NO!!!
monstrosity.
incidentally, BD had a union jack under the cockpit, anyway. (On one side of the plane, it had an EU flag under the other side.)
