Thanks for posting that…I think I remember it showing on TV… can anybody remember the details,and where filmed ?? …Long time ago !!
I had a vague remembery that it was on Look East or similar,and then maybe reshown on It’ll be allright on the night ??cheers baz
P.S At a gliding club in zimbabwe 24 yrs ago…one of our members was videoing a Blanik winch launch,closely followed by a similar doink as the port wing damaged itself on his skull.. Doh !! :rolleyes::rolleyes:
I do remember something like man hit by plane showing on tv and as i said above …i think it was shown twice !!

Real accident… emergency landing, debris in the carburettor caused loss of power on take-off.
