As mentioned in a previous post, there a similar beach in Lanzarote, but you don’t get any 747’s, largest aircraft is an A330. It still makes you want to duck as they fly overhead, but a 747 must great.
I can always remember the rest of my family getting blown in to the sea from a departing Caledonian Tristar :-).

There is no ILS at St Martin – u’re life is in the pilots hands!! – makes a change as opposed to the A/P suppose!

Yep… it’s St.Maarten in the Caribbean somewhere!! I still want to lie on that beach with a 747 passing directly over me… what an experience that would be!!!!

Hah!!

I beat ya!!!

I posted a pic in janurary about the same airport. Mind you, your pic seems TOO much muder the ILS!!! ANy doubledecker buses about 🙂
