I bought a pair of what were listed as Beaufighter brake hubs on feebay recently for my pair of wheels. However they don’t fit 😡 and they have me stumped as to what they may be from (based in Australia of course!)
info stamped on the hubs – DWK 1247 and the other Hub has DWK 1806. Both have a W over 2 in an oval which I assume to be the inspection stamp.
the number of mount holes match the disc on my u/c legs but have not been able to get the disc off to see if it’s a perfect fit (a small issue of the legs still having charge and having to be very gentle with them until I can release the valves)
Anyone got any ideas on what the hubs may be from? Could it be that the hubs are for an earlier wheel than mine (AHO61’s)…..dammit, frustrating stuff…
