Are there any model kits [plastic 1/72 etc] of the Beech 18 available from any of the major manufacturers? If not why not i have looked on the internet and can only find some obscure makes that do not seem easily obtainable.
I used to have many years ago a vac-form beech 18 model that did not go together well.
I would have thought by now someone like Airfix or Revell would have produced a model of this iconic aircraft, preferably 1/48.

Hi folks;I got built a Hobbycraft Canada 172 beech 18 kit,now missing uc,
but also have floats from Hobbycraft’s 172 beaver.want to do floatplane
like Habour air’s.My kit is in RCAF clrs Mid 50’s using kit’s decals and some by
Belcher bits.Any got a 3-view to help with float struts?:o

Yes, PM Models makes a 1/72 WWII-era Twin Beech.

Auroura made a model of the “Super 18” series in 1/60th and 1/88th scale.
A bit of a collectors item nowdays, but your only choice if you want a “Super 18” variant from the 1950s-60s.
