Beech D18 over Ipswich?

My a/c recognition is not brilliant but a type very much like a Beech D18 flew at low level, it was drizzle, over Ipswich on a line Lowestoft to Essex at 4pm today.

The twin engines made a distinct sound.

Any suggestions to calm my curiosity, most welcome.
