Afternoon all,
I came across this on another forum and thought it might interest people over here, interesting mode of transport for beer kegs……

Looking at the wheel types they did it to at least two Spits, I wonder if there were any other interesting ‘loads’ thet were jerry rigged to Spits for short journeys.

Hoping that this will qualify for the thread, does anyone remember ‘beer barrel’ models of different aircraft? I can’t remember if they were kits or ready made, but they looked fun. I seem to remember a Spitfire being one of the moldings.
