I’m planning on heading to the wonders of Northern Ireland for a weekend in the middle of Feburary where AndrewM has kindly offered me a roof over my head for the duration.
We got talking and was wondering does anybody wish to meet up in Belfast City on the 23rd of next month?
AndrewM is offering transportation to the IKEA spotting platform to and from the airport, thought I think Aldergrove is a bit too far for Andy to come and get you, thought there is a good “Airbus” service into the city!
Just wondering would anybdoy fancy it? I’m definetly going, but going by Ferry sadly. And there is still a Ryanair offer going on. C’mon you know you want to!

I’m not in unfortunately. I messed up my dates when booking some flights and so will be on a mini trip around Europe that weekend :mad:. I should have been more careful with the dates but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Have a great time anyway lads. Hope I’ll get to meet you all some time in the not too distant future.

Hmmmm…. It’s tempting. Can fly out of LBA to BFS and back into MAN from BHD for about £34. Anyone from ’round my way’ fancy it?

Ill be driving from DUB and setting off as early as possilbe, anybody who wants a lift from DUB is more than welcome to come along.
I might take you up on that. I’m not 100% certain that I’ll be around that weekend yet but it’s looking pretty good at the moment. I’ll give a final answer nearer the date if that’s ok. I’d just need to work out how I’m going to get to Dublin and back from Galway. I know that’s not a problem though having done it a few times already.

LOL! By cave you mean the Botanic Inn and by meet you mean youll need a lift from the Botanic Inn to BHD :dev2:

In terms of getting to BHD – Dublin is 2hr 30 on two buses but BFS is easy as there is a direct bus that does BHD-BFS-LDY-BFS-BHD all day at 1hr intervals. Its about £5 from BFS-BHD.
Im happy to collect people from BFS as long as times fit in.
(There are also several pubs within spitting distance of IKEA)
