Does anyone happen to know anything about this technical school…I think it is based Saffraanberg (spelling?). what is the actual area where this is/was based? Does the school still exist? Does anyone happen to know anyone who has or is currently based there?

Thanks for the reply…I am wondering (hoping) if there are any records left from the late 40’s on airframes that they had for training purposes. Would they record when they received them? When they disappeared off the inventory….perhaps what happened to them after they finished with them. The school would have taken over the airframe in April 1946 (a Typhoon) and I have seen several pictures of it with various panels removed as they have been working on it.
