Does anyone know which Belgian airline operated a DC8 registered OO-HPA?

Wasn’t there a Belgian DC8 operator in the 70s called Pomair? I’m sure that they they used to operate one or two 50 srs craft. Can’t remember any regs though.

The only Belgian DC-8’s were operated in 1972-4 by BIAS(Belgian International Air Services) on charter work. They were OO-AMI,CMB,TCP .

Sorry I couldn’t help, do you happen to have a picture. I’d be most interested to see it.
One thing did cross my mind, could it have been a “registration of convenience”, a temporary registration? Are/were there leasing companies in Belgium owning (but not necessarily operating) DC-8’s?

Yes, I’m sure. I’m asking for someone on my Sabena Group, I couldn’t find any details myself of this aircraft, so I figured that someone on here might know.

I’ve gone through two or three DC-8 production lists, but I can not find any DC-8 with a Belgian restration. Are you quite sure the plane you are looking for is a DC-8? Or perhaps you wrongly typed the registration?
Only thing I found for OO-HPA is:
OO-HPA SIAI MARCHETTI FN.333 RIVIERA (NARDI) 0103
