Best airshow acts of 2009

After Duxford’s “end of term” show yesterday I thought I’d just note what my favourites were this year. I managed 6 shows, Abingdon (the best allround entertainment), G-VFWE, Henlow Families Day, Shipdam and two Duxfords.
Anyway my list is as follows (H.M is an honourable mention)
Best act of the year: Swift formation team of Twister, Swift glider and Pawnee)
Best jet: RAF Typhoon, HM F-86 and Belgian F-16
Best formation team : Blades, HM Dukes of Casutt
Best warbird: OFMC Spitfire/Mustang, HM Peter Teichman P-40
Best solo aerobatics: Mark Jeffries
Interesting pairs : Carolyn Grace. Anna Walker and the Rapide/Anson at Duxford yesterday.
