Best Russian heavy weight fighter

as a fighter alone which one is better Su-35BM or Mig-31M ?

Radar : Su-35BM have a very modern radar : Irbis-E that can detect target with RCS = 0.01 from 90 km ( probably with a single target velocity track )
Mig-31M have an old , however very big and powerful radar Zaslon-M about 1.4 meters in diameter and have detection range of 400 km for 20 m2 RCS shorter range than IRBIS-E but still very powerful )
neither have AESA radar but they both have very powerful radar

Kinematic : Su-35BM is very agile with TVC , LERX , T/W about 1.13 , alot of fuel allow it to go afterburner for long time and well a designed aerodynamic , top speed about Mach 2.25 , cruise speed about mach 0.8
Mig-31M is not agile at all , can turn maximum 5G , however due to well design intake it have top speed of Mach 2.83 , cruise speed about Mach 2.35 and can cruise at higher altitude than Su-35BM

Weapon : we only going to compare Air to air weapon here
Su-35BM main missiles is R-73 ( speed Mach 2.5 max range 40 km ) and R-77 (speed mach 4 max range 110 km ) and can carry maximum 12 air to air missiles ( 10 R-77 2 R-73
Mig-31M main missiles is R-40 ( speed mach 4.5 , max range 60 km ) , R-37 ( speed mach 6 max range 398 km ) , R-77 (speed mach 4 max range 110 km ) can carry maximum 10 air to air missiles ( 6 R-37 , 2 R-40 , 2 R-77)
so Su-35BM have more modern missiles while Mig-31M’s missiles enjoy advantage in range and speed

RCS : Su-35BM under RCS reduce program are said to have RCS equal that of an F-16 ( about 1m2 )
Mig-31M have an enormous RCS about 10-20 m2

Jamming : Su-35BM have decent jamming ability : KNIRTI SAP 14 jamming pod (centreline pylon) , KNIRTI SAP 518 jamming pod (one each on both wingtips) along with Khibiny-M electronic warfare suite
Mig-31M dont have jammer or anything , probably except chaff and flare ( or it probably dont even have that )

So Su-35BM enjoy advantage in electronic while Mig-31M enjoy advantage in kinematic , let say a group of Mig-31M provide air superiority meet a group of Su-35BM which side more likely to win ? ( 2 vs 2 )
