Tics…the tin that cut your fingers!

I’ve just eaten a 6 pack of Tunnocks Caramel wafers. Apart from one or two brown imbibbing liquids and Horse food, the Tunnocks range of products is the finest export from Scotland.

“Kids and grown ups love it so, the happy world of Haribo!”:D

Have to say Starmix and Kiddies’ SuperMix were and still are my favourites.
Also like Tangfastics, but could never eat an entire pack as it just got too sour towards the end.

Uncle Joe’s Mint Balls. 🙂

I beg your pardon?! :D:D

Wagon Wheels, Kayli, Space Dust.

Still love Wagon Wheels… When I was a kid, I could never get enough Kayli.
I remember sprinkling Space Dust into my cat’s dried food – Poor thing raced out of the house fizzing & popping. (I was very young.)

Kayli, and Sherbet Dib-Dabs. Delicious, but messy.

What happened to Trio bars? Anyone remember the TV ad for them?

I’m sure that there are a few others I can think of; I shall rack my ageing brain…

Don

wagon wheels, rasberry ruffles, jelly beans, Tunnocks snowballs and caramel bars, hence the frequent visits to the dentist.

Do you remember Space Dust. I used top sell sweets in my shop a few years back and every night this married lady in her 20’s would buy 2 packets of space dust. She said if she placed them in an appropriate place it sent her husband crazy with delight. On one occasion I couldn’t get any ordinary Space dust but had to settle for some that actually turned into bubble gum. i did explain but she obviously didn’t listen.

You should have heard the language the following night

I wish I had been a fly on the wall in their house

No they used to be a bit like midget gems but some were nice tasting like strawberry etc but other ones in the box tasted of soap or other nasty things. I have been trying to remember the name but can’t

Think these may be “floral gums” used to stick to your teeth!
cant beat lion brand midget gems and sports mixtures (even although they were bought over by maynards)

Well I had a couple of the Texans. Gave the rest to my niece and nephew. A lot smaller than I expected. Still, the taste bought back memories….
