Bf 110 ZG 26

In this link is a picture (and profile) of a Bf110 from ZG26. Presumably in France in 1940.

Does anyone know which aircraft this was ?

P.S. it is a goat not a deer..

Clicking on the picture suggests that the aircraft was that flown by Gustav Sprick ?

Thanks Andy – not sure why a picture of a ZG26 aircraft is linked to a JG26 Ace.

There are several pictures of other Bf110 ZG26 aircraft with the aircraft “Ringelpiez” but no others, I have yet found, with the animal jumping across the channel.

I am off on my travels tomorrow which includes Hay on Wye and will be scouting for more reference books.

To the best of my knowledge “Micky” Sprick only ever flew Me109s.

Nice picture, though.
