[RANT ON]What is it with telling the world how many airlines you have flown on?
Why list all your flights and (I assume) the types and varients flown? Would you do it for railway companies or high street shops?
When you do it once or twice it appears pretentious; when it runs to 15 or 20 lines it gets bloody annoying too.
Stop it![/RANT OFF]

Indeed it’s very annoying and stupid. There are some things I really don’t need to know.

I like it. It gives an interesting insight into the psyche of the long-list signature maffia.
I think i’m going to use my signature as a means to keep my spotting record (should be some 8000 aircraft by now) alive, i’m sure you will all be interested. And also the number of times and the women i had sex with, cars i’ve driven, theatre seats i’ve had at the local cinema…

I totally agree. Who cares to know that I took 5 times a 737 in my life, or that i did it 10 times? I guess no one. Yet, that likd of sig renders a thread unreadable, and wears a mouse prematurely…

Its because I usually use the commercial aviation forum, and many people on that have it. And besides, someone said it was sad using a long signature like mine, well, we are all sad for using a forum like this.

Hey, I have a relatively large sig, but it serves it’s purpose! 😀
Bus-Driver’s Forum…heh 😀
