BA by themselves, not counting the subsidary airlines has just over 250 aircraft.

BA actually has the largest fleet in Europe. it has aproximately 370 aircraft – that includes its regional arms.
Easyjet and/or Ryanair, the low cost airlines may, in about 5-10 years have amoung the largest fleets in Europe. they have each just ordered 120 aircraft, with equally large options.
