Bill Practice

Does anyone have a copy of Bill Practice’s propeller notebook, or even know any more about Mr. Practice himself? It seems that when he passed a few years ago a lot of prop knowledge went with him – and he had an interesting transatlantic career – but that’s all I know. Also, have I really got his name right? Google only gives two results on the name, both from other well-known aviation forums (which is where I learned of his work and the book). There are no ‘Practices’ in the phone book, or UK Births, marriages and deaths (pre-1930). All help appreciated – it’s all going into the book!
