Birmingham International – 27th April

Well as the title says this selection is from me good ole local, was an interesting day testing out the 350D’s capabilities. Anyway here is a short selection from the day, I held back posting these untill the creation of this sub-forum if your wondering about the date 😉 .

Great pics, the AI sure does look kinda odd 🙂 I like the LTE A320 too, the A320’s look kinda cheeky from that angle on their noses 😀

How is the 350D to use?

Scott

No problems using the 350D, at first you’ll probably ending up using Auto-mode to begin with like almost everyone then as you get more confident use all the various modes there are.

What I’m currently on right now 😀 .

Great photos! I am going to miss BHX this year, as it’s the first time in a few years we haven’t had at least one flight from there.

For those thinking of going – it is a superb airport with the best enthusiasts shop I’ve seen in this country.

We will definitely be back at BHX next year but in September we have to fly from NCL 🙁 And in December its MAN and LHR.

The Canon 350D certainly seems to be a popular choice amongst aviation snappers these days. What lenses are you using ? 😉

I so have to get one Canon 350D

Great pictures there.

Nice one, how/where did they see your picture ? Was it on here ? 😉

No such luck, Jetphotos.net 😀 . You can see my selection from Jetphotos.net in the link below :diablo: :dev2: 😉 :p .

It just taught me to take pictures of as many biz-jets as you can!

Yes well it’s kind of refunding my money, I took a picture of a biz-jet in Dublin and the company who owned it wanted a hundred copies of it on postcards, got a healthy amount for that 😉 .

The Air India 777 looks odd, but I kinda like it!

Yeah that’s what a quick edit does for you :diablo: .

I really should get myself down to BHX sometime. Looks like there are some pretty good photography spots!

Would be more than glad to show you around 😀 .

Thanks again all for the comments 🙂 .

As for the lens I use the Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 DG MACRO.

Thanks for the comments 🙂 .

A good selection there, I like the Uzbekistan livery a lot despite never having seen one for real. Still can’t get used to the Air India livery on a triple 7, kind of looks like an old livery on a new plane.
