Birmingham Photos Wed 5th April 2006 Part 1

A few pictures below from a brief visit to Birmingham on Wednesday this week. This was my first visit for about two years. I used to like to watch from the grass area with the benches at the end of the long term car park but due to building work and apron extension etc. this area is no more.

The landing shots were taken from the car park before I went inside to the Ian Allan Experience inside the terminal. It was my first visit to the terminal area and was pleasantly surprised by what was available. It is good that there is somewere like this made available. Photography is possible albeit through glass. The management were very pleasant and it was a delight to talk with them.

Great selection :D, nice to see the KLM 739s flowing in and the new taxiway complete or near it. Looking foreward to going tommorow.
