Intriguing pic of a factory assembly Flankers. Grey colored Flankers indicate that these planes are for the PLAAF, but as two seaters, this is still probably a Russian factory since SAC is only licensed to produce single seaters. These dual seaters could be either SU-30MKK or SU-27UBK, but it’s hard to say if this is inside Irkutsk or kNaPPO.
