Bit of Hawker..?

Once more rumaging at a car-boot came across this…looks to be a bit of Hawker judging by the style of the part number A118269 A.

Measures 8.5″ long (8 swg .160″ thick) steel, with 1/4″ and 2BA (just under 3/16″), dia holes. Judging by some of the other bits in the box the former owner looked to have worked at Kingston.

Any ideas as to what type it came from??
