Black 6 Documentary

Hi

I was going through my old video tapes and found a video I bought at Duxford in 1997 called ‘Messerschmitt Bf109 – Black 6″, an hour long documentary about the resoration of Black 6. I was wondering if this was ever rereleased on DVD?

I also found a few episodes of a series that used to be shown on the Discovery Channel called Wings, which dealt with a different aeroplane each episode. Again, was this ever released on DVD?

I saw that dvd but wasn’t sure if it was the same documentary. Would prefer to have it on its own, rather than an extra on a dvd I don’t really want,but if this is it then I’ll get it then. Thanks!

Hello

Yes I purchased “Fighting the Blue” Double disc DVD recently and on Disc 2 is a Documentary on the restoration of BLACK 6.

That’s funny, I too have just ressurrected this on video! I waved like mad at Fluffy, but I don’t think he saw me!
