"Blair force one" ??

Just seen a great pic of a USAF C-40, which reminded me of something…

A few years back there were reports that a mid sized airliner & a biz jet were going to be bought for the UK Govt (thus at the time being nicknamed “Blairforce one”).

Does anyone know what if anything came of the plan. Shelved because of the recession?
