Well folks, for those of you who don’t know BHX recieved a few MAN diversions today! the most interesting of these being PIA B772s (AP-BGL/BGK) and so at a very last minute desicion I decided to head up to my local for the first time in nearly two months .
Anyway here’s my short selection and apologies for the variable quality, the weather was terrible :(.

Just some of the horrible ground I had to tackle to get to my favourite spot ….
The only thing that cheered me up was getting back to my car :diablo: , most of you who know me will also know that I’ve not really stopped going on about it but for all those still in the dark I’ve ditched the Fiesta for this Peugeot 405 1.8i GLX 😎 :D.
That’s preety much it! with it being a last minute thing I had little time to charge the battery on the 350D and it died on me as AP-BGK was spooling up and I also couldnt grab the LH A300 as a result .
Hope you enjoyed my mini report ;).
Tom 🙂 .

Your too kind guys 😀 , thanks .
Wow, a 1.8 Peugeot! Would hate to think what the insurance is like!
You’d be surprised ;).

Cool shots Tom!
AP-BGL, as Sam said, diverted from Manchester. Interesting then that we actually saw AP-BGL take off from Manchester yesterday in the early evening. So, the aircraft diverted into Birm, and once Man was clear, did a quick positioning flight to EGCC allowing it to operate its next Man – I presume – Pakistan service.

cool shots! i also like the PIA. we were at manchester all day….heard a few divert over the radio! they closed the airport to clean up a “hydraulic contamination” on the runway, and as well as it being foggy, there was a few diversions! so we listened to the skies overhead. interesting to see the results of such diversions from your end!

Excellent work as ever, Tom! Wow, a 1.8 Peugeot! Would hate to think what the insurance is like! I’m looking to buy a brand new Fiat Grande Punto at the mo, and even though it’s only a 1.2 the insurance is astronomical!
Anyway back to aviation….:dev2:

Few and far between.
Few and far between, eh?
I suppose it depends on how you define “few and far between”:
Air Nostrum CRJ-900 EC-JZV was delivered on 1 Feb.
Jet Airways B737 VT-JGU is due at 11:00 tomorrow (7th Feb).
That’s just in a 7-day period. There were a fair number of delivery flights during January, too.
Count your blessings, young man! 🙂

Yes.
Apart from the Air Nostrum CRJ-900s and Air Sahara and Air India Express B737s on delivery, that is……
Few and far between. Where they park the express’ too, very hard to get shots of them 🙂
