Nice! In relation we don’t see much LHR traffic on here – a real appreciation of what heavies do transit our country! Kwality!

Yikes 5GBs i have 2×1 GBs you never know when one is going to fail ,so i prefer to have more smaller ones than one big and lose the lot . Guy i was with had 2×1 Gbs and had a 200Gbs portable harddrive size of an iPOD that he downloaded onto and changed cards while one was downloading .

Its only a Canon 300D with a canon 75-300IS lens .And i have been warned off that SIGMA lense i have been told it ain’t worth it .

My wish currently is a 30D with 100-400LIS lens.I have a funny feeling i will be getting it when i go to NYC at Xmas.

Guy i was with had a 1D mark IIN and is it a 70-200L lense with 1.4 tele

Warned off it? Well… I guess whether it’s worth it or not is purely a matter of opinion. It works wonderfully for me and I love it personally. 🙂

As far as that being 5% of your total, I’ll routinely take 500-600 shots in RAW on a day at an airport like MAN. At the Waddington airshow I had to switch back to shooting JPEG and ended up with over 1100 photos. Ah, the joys of having a 5 gig memory card!

I have a feeling my purchase of a Better camara is back on now that i my skills have improved somewhat. This hobby is about to get expensive

As someone who’s recently invested in a Canon 350D and a Sigma 50-500DG I know that ‘getting expensive’ feeling all too well!

Very nice shots there Sir. They have a bit of a Nikon look… What kind of camera did you use?

And i still had a tinkle when i got to the airport and was desparate when i got home . I didnt stand in the sun and i kept movement to a minimum . Plus i figured out ways of going all that way using transport. Hotel hoppa to Thistle hotel 10 min walk same back and then a lift in a car . I bet you were going like a race horse which isnt that good either.

Stunning shots! 🙂

I got a shot of G-VBIGs underside at the airport the day before u took her. (lame promotion of my thread there 😉 )

Odd question, but how many bottles of water/drink did you get through whilst you were there?
