A Roe 1 Biplane replica of 1907 has now joined the Roe 1 Triplane of 1909 in the AirSpace hanger in front of the AVRO Shackleton. With the wind blowing across the runway, even Classic Wings stopped flying late in the morning. I was just heading off for some lunch when B-25 ‘Grumpy’ started moving and performed a display to a group of people visiting ARCo. First time in a long time I had seen ‘Grumpy’ flying. Later on the Kennet Wasp arrived and then went up for a practice display routine and coped well in the windy conditions. The only other flying for the afternoon was to be the 2x Gnats that are operating out of North Weald both days, but I left early. Thanks for the lift Kev.
TV weather report for tomorrow has rain passing through during the morning and clear in the afternoon. Don’t shoot the messenger.

Brian do you do much PP after because I have been to the same meets as you in the past and your shots are always so much more sharper and colourful than mine:mad:
As ever great shots mate !!
Errr, Yes.:D
I use Adobe Elements 7 and a work flow that seems to work for the basic images I get from my camera which is 14.1 mp.
Apart from re-sizeing to 800, this is the image straight from the camera

and the processed image.

Just a quick question, what lens did you use for the flying shots?
Cheers, Huw:)
