BMA9531 operating with a BA A321?

Hello all,
Just had BMA9531 (“Midland 9531”) fly over my house about 5 times doing circuits at 39,000ft. It looked like the A321 was in the BA livery, then I thought maybe it was doing pilot training for B|MED as they have just been taken over by BMI..? It had took off from EMA and was flying circuits past Norwich and then back around to Peterborough…if anyone knows the reg of the A321 that was operating this flight it would be a great help.

Sorry it isn’t that clear but it was quite far away by the time i got the camera out.

Heres a shocker for ya last summer EI had some tech problems with a number of A320s so to operate a VCE flight they had to borrow (lease) a 737-800 of Ryanair!!!!

It was even parked on an airbridge. Imaine how the passengers felt after paying that little bit extra to fly EI and ending upon FR anyway.

Adam, G-MIDK(G-OZBN) was apparently on airtest – hence the 39,000ft alt – G-MONX was the aircraft that should have been in the circuit base training, out of interest G-MIDJ(G-OZBM) deaparted for LUT last night, standing by to be corrected.

Saw a Monarch A321 doing circuits at EMA earlier today, and the aircraft was G-MIDK. It would have been the same aircraft that you saw. Previously owned by bmi, now owned, or in the process of ownership changing to Monarch.
