RE: bmi baby Manchester
BA are getting poor load factors on the BFS->BHX. Its there only service left and is operated by a CRJ or 145 (sometimes a 737). My dad just booked a ticket on the flight and no doubt it will be empty as per usual!

Not all airlines offering cheap fares are necessary low costs. Monarch is not a low cost.

RE: bmi baby Manchester
I heard BA was going to up the amount of flights they are to operate between Manchester and Belfast, considering how they fared against Easyjet from Liverpool to Belfast, ie they gave up, they may now reconsider. Bmi baby may affect Easyjet at LPL however I cant see them letting bmi baby just walk in and grab everything, it will be a similar situation to what it was like in London with “GO” at Stansted and Easyjet at Luton.

RE: bmi baby Manchester
Ryanair fly MAN-DUB I think, but Keltic’s right, for an airport of it’s size there isn’t really a low cost operator. AMS flights are usually cheap with KLM and the LHR and LGW shuttles are also cheap, but that’s it.

Isn´t it the first low cost in Manchester?. If so, bad news for Easyjet and Liverpool airport.
