BoB Messerscchmitt Bf110C Sharkmouth

I’m just finishing off an Airfix model of a Bf110 C with 6 Staffel, Zerstorergeschwader 76. It came with decals of the famous sharkmouth…which I made a complete hash of and had to bin them. So, my question is, did all 110s in this Staffel have these sharkmouth markings or could I get away with leaving them off?

A quick search of Google images suggests the possibility some did fly without them during BoB but it’s hardly reliable evidence. Can anyone confirm?
